scale modelling

Postby lisatiffany on Sat May 29, 2010 8:04 am

are there any fans/builders of scale modelling out there? i was recently introduced to the hobby & though it takes time & a lot of patiene i'm getting hooked on it. so far i have only made 2 kits, a tank & some men but i also attended a military model convention last weekend. it was so much fun i went both days & took a bunch of pics. the models were really impressive & the amount of work gone into some of them was mind blowing = )

The finished products have always looked nice and all, but I have to admit. Building models was never really my thing.

I used to have a few model planes (SR-71 Blackbird and a P-51) but I have no idea where they are these days. More recently though I've been messing with Warhammer 40k models. I've got a small army of Space Marines at the moment, many of which I need to take or retake pictures of.

Actually, those are modern vehicles of the Bundeswehr; the Federal Defence Force of Germany. The German military still uses the Iron Cross.
